Focused Living Seminar (Discover Your Destiny) 8:30am-6:30pm
This practical seminar takes participants through the basic Focused Living exercises
of Timeline, Biblical Purpose, Life-Ministry Values, and Personal Vision.
These all lead to greater understanding of how God has been shaping their lives
and to greater clarity about his plans for their future.
Gives believers, and especially ministry leaders, a helpful paradigm
for viewing their own development and ministry focus,
and also a tool for helping others find their calling.
Scheduled Dates: 11 & 14 Feb, 14 & 16 May, 17 & 18 July, 14 & 17 October

Coaching for Life Workshop 9am - 4:30pm
This workshop will help you to more effectively support others to reach their potential
in all areas of life and to take action to accomplish that which matters most to them.
Through interaction, coaching, and lots of practice, participants learn key coaching skills, including:
Listening Actively, Asking Empowering Questions, Designing Actions, and Supporting Progress.

Who Can Help You Get There? (Mentoring Seminar) 9am - 4pm
Based on extensive studies of mentoring practice and lots of practical experience,
this seminar teaches the mentoring principles and dynamics that help both mentors and mentorees
to identify their needs and strengths and establish guidelines for successful mentoring experiences.
Participants will learn the 9 Types of Mentors, 3 Dimensions of Mentoring,
10 Commandments of Mentoring, identify their own Mentor Mix and growth goals,
and study practical tips for establishing mentoring relationships.
Scheduled Dates: 23 Apr, 11 Nov

Adding Drama to Your Ministry Workshop 9am - 4pm
This activity-based workshop will touch on all aspects of production planning,
from script selection, acting and directing, to set design and publicity.
Emphasis will be given to practical acting exercises
which will support the director and develop the actors.

Starting a Sports Ministry in Your Church Seminar 9am-4pm
Sports have a powerful attraction to the community outside the church,
and to younger leaders desiring to impact youth.
This practical seminar will address the nuts and bolts of starting a sports ministry
to reach your community and develop younger leaders.

Managing Your Ministry Seminar 9am-4pm
The infrastructure of your organization can either enhance or inhibit
the effectiveness of your ministry. This practical seminar will study the practices
that will help you design administrative procedures to guard and guide
the successful growth of your church or mission.
Scheduled Date: 17 Sep

Growing in Spiritual Authority Seminar 9am - 1pm
Spiritual leaders increasingly depend upon spiritual authority as the primary base
of their credibility and influence. This seminar will study the three sources
of spiritual authority, the three fields of spiritual influence,
and the three ways to grow in spiritual authority.
Dates to be determined

Certificate in Spiritual Leadership through SBC
30-month continuing education course (night school), with 6 Bible and theology courses
taught by SBC faculty and 4 spiritual leadership courses taught by CRMS leaders.
Begins in January 2009



:: Seminar - Preventing Ministry Burnout ::

Dr. Alex Galloway oversees Member Care for CRM’s
400 missionaries worldwide, and is a clinical psychologist by training.
Previously he supported inner-city churches by empowering,
equipping and encouraging African American Pastors and lay counsellors.
He specialises in crisis intervention, trauma recovery,
marriage and family issues and lay counsellor training.
He is most concerned about bringing ‘soul-care’ back under the umbrella
of the Church and caring for those men and women of God on the front lines.

CRMS' annual Facilitator-Coach Training
15-18 Nov 2006, YMCA Singapore.

Focusing Leaders Networks are led exclusively by CRMS-trained facilitator-coaches.
Only those who have successfully completed a Focusing Leaders Network
may be trained to become CRMS facilitator-coaches.
There is an additional cost of S$400 for those who choose
to attend training afterward to become Facilitator-Coaches.
